We just arrived from Alaska and needed a roll back tow truck to take a couple things off of the semi before we could unpack. I talked with two different people for the set up of the tow truck to meet us and both people were very nice and helpful. The tow truck driver was there at the time asked for and was very nice and experienced. They handled our car, four wheeler and snowblower with care and professionalism. Then the driver informed me that they have a full shop and could meet any mechanical needs in the future (great up-sale 😉). They will be our go to people if any of what they offer is needed in the future. I didn't check around for pricing but considering the first place I called wanted $900.00 to take those items off the semi, I figured $175.00 was fair. Thank you for your kindness, it really does matter.

Travis helped us towed our boat back home. He was great customer service. We had emergency blown tire and fire on our trailer. He took alot of care time handling our equipment. Very knowledgeable and arrived on time and got us home safe. Highly recommended<br>Kathie and terry

While traveling with a travel trailer from San Antonio, TX to West Glacier, MT experienced issue with truck not starting. After calling 2 dealerships in Great Falls and not being able to have truck assessed for another 1-2 days we called Mechanix Unlimiited and explained our situation. They were able to shift things around and get us in within 30 minutes. Found our second battery to be non-functioning and replaced it. We were back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. Awesome save for us and very professional and understanding. Price was fair, esp for last minute repair. Would definitely use them in future but hoping never to have to. Great asset to Great Falls area.

They have saved me thousands of dollars on unnecessary repairs and do the job that needs to be done to get my vehicle And RV back on the road. From the fast and friendly tow truck & shuttle driver, to the service advisor and mechanic, we were thoroughly impressed with the level of service. Mechanix Unlimited, Inc. in Great Falls was great to work with. My Chrysler Pacifica had a suspected water pump failure. They responded fast and gave fair pricing. They also took time to verify the issue before pushing any work. One of the main techs or the owner texted me directly. Communication was easy and clear. My wife and I decided to sell the vehicle instead of repairing it. He was completely understanding and professional. No pressure. No attitude. If you want honest advice and quick communication without going to a dealership, this is the shop to call.

Very positive experience at their shop in September. We were travelling on a road trip in Montana from Canada & experienced engine trouble with our Honda Element. They graciously accommodated us & did all they could in order for us to continue our travel home which is 8.5 hrs away.
